Sea Island Residences

The Sea Island Residences were a multi-phase design effort that concluded the major resort redevelopment activities at Sea Island. In total, there were five multi-family residential structures that ranged from a 10 unit to 20 unit dwelling count per condominium building. The units were typically composed of a three bedroom arrangement with room-dedicated bathrooms, large living rooms, and custom kitchens. Unit interiors were finished with heart pine flooring, limestone, heavy timber ceilings with T&G wood decking, as well as custom fabricated mantles and surrounds. The exterior is of traditional stucco with cast stone accents, heavy timber detailing and coral stone veneers on the entry towers.
