The Beer and Wine Retail Store project consisted of assisting potential owner(s) with their financial package by creating a quick black and white rendering of the existing building considered for purchase / lease. Using existing imagery, field measurements and pen and ink, this drawing was created in a timely fashion and delivered prior to expectation and agreement.
